What is the State Disbursement Unit (SDU)?

“SDU” stands for the California State Disbursement Unit, which collects and distributes child support payments. The SDU is not Child Support Services, and they can’t answer any questions about your case. If you have questions about WHY any financial transaction occurred, you need to talk to your caseworker.
