If I have a private case and need to set up payments, what should I do?

When you enter into a court order with payments for child and/or spousal support – you must complete a “Child Support Case Registry” form and an “Income Withholding for Support” form. Your attorney or a Family Law Facilitator can help you with this. The Income Withholding Form must be given to your employer, and a copy needs to be mailed to the California State Disbursement Unit at:
